Role Overview:

The Business Development Lead Coordinator is a key member of the Leasing team, responsible for supporting the efficient management of client leads, streamlining administrative tasks, and driving client renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and timely response to prospective clients through phone, email, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads based on client needs, ensuring they align with Inosaicreate's offerings and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads, ensuring CRM data integrity.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and other metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in preparing lease documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
  • Track and manage the lease renewal process, coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A South African Citizen or valid working permit.
  • Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration (At least 3 years experience).
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service.
