**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Sales Development Representatives, ensuring high activity rates and generating sales qualified opportunities.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify and design new sales cadences.
- Proactively address challenges and analyze CRM data for insights.
- Support reporting, forecasting, and provide feedback on opportunity quality to build revenue pipeline.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices within the team and facilitate sales enablement training.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to manage an outbound prospecting team with a track record of exceeding targets.
- High emotional maturity and the ability to coach individuals within established processes.
- Operate with speed, attention to detail, and a target-driven mindset.
- Experience with enterprise CRM, such as Salesforce, and success in roles involving prospecting or cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and collaborative teamwork.
