**Role Context**:
- Drive and manage the HR function within given scope whilst acting as a trusted advisor to the business. To support business goals and influence the_ strategic direction of the business balanced with the employee perspective. Ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance.
**Key responsibilities**
- Act as a business partner/consultant providing advice in different HR disciplines to colleagues, line managers and employees at local level.
- Manage organizational change to support the business strategy, incl. initiatives such as reorganizations, redundancies, redeployment, etc.
- Ensuring risk mitigation balanced with employee welfare and business objectives.
- Leading and supporting cultural change and communication programs.
- Supporting business to develop effective structures, aligned with standards, such as span of control, management ratios and accountability mapping.
- Advising on resource capacity planning, scheduling and productivity measures by providing appropriate tools and policies with reference to benchmark ratios’ costs and standards.
- Support managers with hiring process, contracts and.onboarding new employees
- Ensure delivery of annual performance and salary review process for the area in scope, aligned to group-wide processes and timelines.
- Ensure tailored recruitment and talent management activities through Taleo and MTW to attract, select, integrate and retain people with the aptitude and abilities to meet the current and future needs of the business or function in scope.
- Provide development solutions including Certified Programs in partnership with the L&D team in order to build organizational capability
- Support preparation of Employee Dev. Reviews, Prep Talks and Performance Calibration Meetings with managers in line with agreed principles and processes.
- Drive and support employee career development to ensure retention of key potential
- Accountable for contract elements, legal / data protection provisions, contract / record management, management of organization and employee records.
- Giving guidance on legal and policy requirements, education and advise to managers, documentation and employee notification procedures, court proceedings.
- Accountable for initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, performance and retention incl. effective communication at all levels.
- Ensuring sustainable employee opinion surveys and follow-up.
- Optimizing the use of HR processes, levers and tools to great effect.
- Supporting and guiding managers in establishing clear and meaningful KPIs, tracking business satisfaction with HR and improvement initiatives
- Ability to handle broad range of HR work - admin and sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. legal advice, analyzing data trends.
- Acts as role model and advocate of organizational culture and values.
- Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labour legislation.
- Ensure awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures and respective legal requirements and regulations
**Minimum Requirements**
- Education & experience_
- Relevant university bachelor degree
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in human resources function
- Proven experience working across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER / IR etc.
- Experienced HR professional, able to resolve most issues independently
- Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships
- Proven experience of delivery of organisational change projects
- Must have own car and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to travel nationally
