**About the Role**

In this exciting role, you will lead our sales efforts for technology skilling programs targeted towards corporations across East Africa, South Africa, and Nigeria. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) in each region, and driving significant revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets for Digital Regenesys' technology skilling programs across East Africa, South Africa, and Nigeria.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of KAMs in each region.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate organizations across various industries.
- Craft compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our online courses.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to continuously enhance the team's capabilities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling technology skilling programs, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the African business landscape, particularly East Africa, South Africa, and Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and challenges in digital skills development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience managing and leading a sales team is highly desirable.
- A passion for education and technology, with a strong belief in the transformative power of digital skills.
- Prior experience working in a company like Digital Regenesys (EdTech) in Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, or Lagos) is a significant advantage.
