About the Role
The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts in the African market. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and product/service enhancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a senior advisory/consulting role dealing with key accounts.
- Strong competence in Human Resources, member of relevant professional associations and relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven track record of success in providing strategic advisory solutions and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
