We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant for a very busy Group CEO. Must have excellent project management, youth development and financial/investment experience.
**Requirements**:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Project management diploma or equivalent.
- Possibly undergraduate qualification in commerce or
- journalism
- Between the age of 40 - 60 years old
- Minimum 5 years' Executive Assistant to CEO experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing high
- level support to senior executives.
- Experience in business strategy and development
- Financial or Investment acumen will be advantage
- Youth development industry experience will be advantage
- On point presentation skills
Skillset:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on ‘big picture’ issues
- while simultaneously maintaining an exceptional attention to critical details.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written
- communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, complex
- environment.
- Able to exercise thoughtful and independent judgement and discretion while maintaining direct and diplomatic approach.
- Proven commitment in maintaining the highest ethical
- and professional standards.
- Positive “can -do” attitude.
- Proactive in completing tasks accurately and on time Communication: Effective verbal and written communication ability
- Initiative: Making active attempts to influence events to
- achieve goals.

- Must be articulate and have good presentation skills.
**Duties**:
- To play a critical role in supporting the Group CEO on the day
- to day activities and various other projects.
- To display a professional and business like image both telephonically as well as in person at all times, while representing the Group CEO and acting on
- his directions.
- Plan and manage the Group CEO’s diary schedule on a daily basis
- Takes the lead in preparing the Group CEO for meetings and speaking engagements with a variety of audiences.
- Ensure follow up from the office of the Group CEO as well as other parties involved in meetings/projects.
- Writes briefing notes and other written materials for the Group CEO and helps coordinate and responds to the Group CEO’s day to day correspondence.
- Attends to certain Organisation related meetings and events with the Group CEO.
- Researches and writes reports and other working documents that provide guidance on complex projects and program issues.
- Collects information from business divisions /departments at the Group CEO’s request
- Coordinates projects based work across the divisions/ departments under the Group CEO‘s direction.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
