Executive Assistant to CEO and Group Finance Manager

About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Group Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks, including processing tax payments, preparing financial statements, and overseeing client accounts when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior management team members, maintaining records and documents for Special Projects & Reporting, and compiling and managing sales, marketing & financial information databases & reports as and when required by the CEO.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, a strong background in financial accounting and management accounting, and advanced Excel knowledge. You will also require proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at R240,000 per annum, which includes a 5% Provident fund and medical aid benefits.
