Job Purpose

Job Requirements

**Your main areas of responsibility will include the following**:
HR Duties Supporting HR and People strategies, systems, policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Administration and Reporting Recruitment support Onboarding and Offboarding employees Maintaining employee records, documents and filing Reporting and maintaining trackers Maintaining expense records and reconciliation Leave reconciliation. Building relationships with stakeholders. Support our DEI and Wellbeing initiatives. Ad hoc HR project support

Office Duties Reception duties Office admin support Travel support
Job Profile

**Education**: HR related Diploma or Degree

**Experience**:
Knowledge on SA labour regulations and all other statutory regulations i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, and OHSA will be an advantage.
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:
Computer literate and able to work with systems and software
Proficient in Microsoft office with a minimum of basic Excel
English proficiency with sound oral and written communication skills
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Able to prioritise and self-manage deliverables
Good level of planning, organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Good research and reporting skills
