**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources graduate to assist our HR consultants by performing daily maintenance of HR functions for our required clients.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, can work under pressure, problem solver and has excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that daily HR admin is up to date
- Ensure excellent communication with clients and HR Directors
- Update and maintain employee staff files
- Preparation and review of contracts
- Setup and coordinate inductions
- Set up and coordinate probation and annual review
- Assist in design and implementation of performance
- Assist in the creation of HR policies
- Assist in the writing of client employee handbooks
- Assist with administration of recruitment process

**What experience and attributes are we looking for**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (fluent in English)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel)
- Ability to use G-suite
- Professional, eager to learn and grow.
- Willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs
- Self-starter, solution driven and fast learner

**What qualifications are we looking for**:
Bachelor's degree / National Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources

**Salary**:
Internship Market related salary

**Internship period**:
The HR internship will be for a fixed term period of 6 months.
