Dealer Relations and Development Specialist

**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Must have a tertiary qualification in Business Management/ Economics/Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience is essential
- Must have previous experience in Sales
- and Network Development / Franchise Relationship Management, including direct contact with dealers
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (advanced excel), and strong analytical and project management skills will be required
- Must have a good understanding of financial management
- Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
- Must have a valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel 30% of time
- Executing the mid
- and long-term network plan under guidance of management.
- Acting as liaison between the company and the dealerships on Network Development related matters.
- Performing market studies, benchmarking and dealer performance analysis to assist with the determination of the optimum network structure (quantitative and qualitative coverage) and preferred locations for company networks.
- Assisting management information gathering for reports and presentations on a regular basis.
- Visiting and reviewing site selection for expanding dealer operations.
- Visiting existing dealerships to perform audits of the dealers standards and make recommendations regarding the standards (in line with the Development plan for each dealer and agreed call cycle).
- Assisting with the 360-degree analysis of existing dealers to monitor performance (sales, after-sales, customer support, market share, marketing, training requirements and growth opportunities).
- Coordinating and attending dealer visits with an approved agenda with the Area Sales-, Parts
- and Service managers on a regular basis as agreed with management and relevant teams.
- Compiling contractual information required for dealer on-boarding.
- Assisting with the completion of a business plan for applicants (in collaboration with sales team).
- Assisting with the completion of business plans for all dealers on an annual basis.
- Loading new dealers and tender companies information on company systems.
- Checking and updating dealer information on the company systems.
- Updating structures / organograms of dealers.
- Updating Network Processes and Contacts Manual for company brands on regular basis.
- Coordinating training on systems with respective business divisions.
- Coordinating marketing plans of dealers with marketing division.
- Checking and updating dealers Areas of Responsibility on the company platforms on a regular basis.
- Liaising with the CRM Manager on a regular basis and assist with system requirements.
