Dealer Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
❖ Monitoring of dealer performance, both financially (high level) and from a compliance point of view, relating to dealer operating standards.
❖ Assist in the Implementation and roll-out of national Dealer Operating Standards and associated incentive programs.
❖ Monitoring of the dealer incentive programs, dealer standards and determine the dealer network performance using Lightstone data and Autostats data.
❖ For “non-performing” dealers - The interpretation of dealer financials (high level-balance sheet and income statement analysis) to determine dealer’s financial health and provide the necessary interventions and corrective actions when necessary.
❖ Present monthly management reports for the above tasks.
❖ Dealer Development - Support with Corporate Identity up-keeping, maintenance and upgrades of the dealer network.
❖ Assist with administrative tasks related to Dealer Development.
❖ Liaise with all product divisions and suppliers to ensure the Dealer Development strategy is implemented.
**Requirements**:
❖ Matric
❖ Post-graduate business-related qualification is advantageous.
❖ OEM Automotive Industry experience is essential.
❖ 2-3 years in a similar role
**Skills**:
❖ Strong administrative skills
❖ Project management skills
❖ Effective time management
❖ Ability to work under pressure.
❖ Deadline driven.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
