Krypton Mining is seeking an HR Administrator to join one of its clients. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring efficient HR operations. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, and handling various HR-related tasks. The HR Administrator works closely with HR staff, management, and employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including personal information, employment history, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate job postings, review resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve related issues.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist in various HR initiatives, such as performance management, training and development programs, employee engagement activities, and policy development.
- Assist with WSP and ATR administration and preparation for submission by the SDF Facilitator.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (B.Com. degree will be advantageous, but not a requirement)
- 5+ years’ experience in field of HR Administration
- 3+ Years Employment Equity Experience
- 3+ Years WSP and ATR Experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Proficient in **Afrikaans & English
