**Main purpose of the job**:
- To provide comprehensive human resources services and expert professional advice and support to all clients as well as the employees.**Key performance areas**:
- Facilitate the full HR Administrative function for all clients
- Provide advice and assist with industrial relations, disciplinary inquiries, grievances, Exit interviews and all other HR operational requirements
- Process and capture all new employees, existing employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and other HR-related services.
- Prepare and gather all required HR Administration within deadlines**Inherent Requirements**
**Required minimum education and training**:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or a related field.
- A valid driver’s license, own vehicle.
- Able to travel locally within South Africa from time to time as required by the job
**Required minimum work experience**:
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a full Human Resources Generalist Role
**Additional requirements and abilities**:
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to adapt in a consistent high-level change environment
- Proficiency in the relevant Microsoft Office suite and SAGE VIP Premier and ESS
- Knowledge of all relevant HR and Labour Relations legislation, such as BCEA, EEA, LRA, etc.
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource practices, policies, compensation, performance management, recruitment, health and safety, employee and industrial relations, etc.
