Responsibilities
- Manage all new data on the VIP system.
- Capturing of all salaries, wages, and overtime on the VIP system
- Manage and maintain the ESS system.
- Manage the recruitment process from advertising to on-boarding
- Provide administrative assistance for training
- Produce monthly HR report.
- Attend to general HR enquiries.
- Maintain compliance with the POPIA legislation
**Qualifications**:
- Level 6 HR qualification
- Proficient on VIP payroll system
- 2-3 years payroll administration
- 2-3 years working in an HR office.
- Labour Relations exposure an advantage
- Knowledge of employment legislation
**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
