HR Practitioner

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR position
- Excellent knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong industrial relations experience, including handling disciplinary processes and managing grievances
- Proficiency in HR administration and record-keeping
- Essential payroll experience
- Experience working in a unionized environment and a strong understanding of union dynamics
- CCMA representation
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with union representatives
- Proven ability to implement HR policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Relevant HR qualification or certification
- Valid drivers license
- Own vehicle (fuel will be reimbursed)
- Extensive travelling will be required as part of the role
