B2b Sales Person

Inherent requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industry
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Preferred requirements:
- Prior attendance of formal sales training courses would be advantageous
Duties and responsibilities:
Sales:
- Contribute towards and drive sales strategy to increase revenue and profit
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and advise them of the best training solution for their needs
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance on the best training solution for their needs
- Negotiate contracts and packages within the Company’s parameters for Gross Profit (GP)
- Build business by identifying and selling the Company's portfolio
- Meet and exceed targets in line with the business units’ strategy and budget
People Management:
- Lead culture in line with the Organisation’s EVP
- Continuously develop own B-BBEE, product, industry and Company knowledge and share with the team
- Work with cross functional teams including Finance, Marketing and Operations
Customers:
- Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients with the aim to extend and explore potential new business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners, clients and consultants
