B2b Sales Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Generate sales demand from distributors, wholesalers and system integrators
- Cultivate and maintain B2B customer and partner relationships.
- Responsible for creating and achieving business sales targets.
- Generate new sales and gather sales/project demand from customers
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team objectives
- Confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to partners and customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 Years of work experience in B2B-related IP Networking Industries.
- Essential work experience in the IP Surveillance CCTV industry
- Proven track record in sales development, B2B/Corporate customer development and key account management.
- Familiarity with business structures of Corporate Networking Brands such as UBNT, Ruijie, Zyxel, Aruba, MikroTik, Planet, Hikvision, Dahua, Ruckus, Cisco and Extreme Networks.
- Strong relationships with system integrators and project partners.
- Experience in team building and management, including work experience as a team leader.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
