**KEY RESULT AREAS INCLUDE**:
**Franchise Data Record Keeping**:
Manage, maintain and update all of the franchise model’s information and record keeping in terms of Franchise Agreements, Managed Fleet Packs, Franchise Information Packs, Franchise Applications and other franchise records

**Systems Management**:
Manage, maintain and monitor access of users and passwords on the Franchise Management System and other digital platforms.

**Communications**:
Manage, maintain and effect all communications to the franchise models via the Franchise Management System and other digital platforms including but not limited to drafting, scrutinizing and ensuring the CI standards are adhered to of all communications in respect of the franchise model.

Arrange and co-ordinate all the franchise model’s council meetings and / or training interventions on a national and regional basis including but not limited to minute taking, venues, travel, accommodation, transportation, and bookings and monitor these meetings and / or training interventions on the day to ensure the successful running of such.

**Reporting**:
Collate team members’ reports to ensure timely and organised feedback to respective channel segments on programs and activities undertaken.

Assist in providing reliable and efficient administrative support services monitoring appropriate utilisation of office supplies; raise all purchase requisitions (online)

Assist in preparing required reports, presentations, feedback, implementation plans and business cases in support of the franchise models and management decisions.

**Lead Management**:
Assist with all the franchise model queries via inbound telephone and/or digital channels to either resolve the query and / or direct it to the appropriate department or team member to resolve - Leads / Queries / Complaints
