NQF 4 - Grade 12 / Matric

Other qualifications & courses: Have/Studying towards degree/diploma - Sales & Marketing

Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager etc.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Advanced MS Suite

Own vehicle and valid drivers licence essential

Analysing and problem-solving skills

Flexibility

Attention to detail and system administration

**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To manage the relationship with allocated customers ensuring retention and growth

To promote excellent customer experiences through effective implementation of products / services, resolution of queries and continuous communication

To ensure regular customer face-to face visits and to adhere to quarterly customer visitation / contact schedules

Set up and attend meetings with customers, keep minutes of meetings and action outstanding matters

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives

To identify potential growth opportunities within allocated customers and grow both hardware and software revenue

Manage customers upgrades and that valid contracts are in place

To ensure that customers are kept informed of all new products and / or changes to current products

Obtain sufficient knowledge of all products and pricing to effectively sell organisations products

Ensure various systems are accurate and up to date at all times

Ensure that all required services are activated monthly and are in line with quotes/contract

Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets

Prepare reports on account status

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory

Assisting requests or issue escalation as needed

Achieve (100%) or exceed (>100%) monthly sales target

Limit financial loss by ensuring accurate quoting, contractual and supporting documentation is correct and in place

Ensure al allocated accounts are in good standing

Liaise with relevant parties ensuring customer queries / complaints are resolved efficiently

To manage the Service Levels between the customer and the company

Package: R25k pm TCTC. Depending on experience and qualifications Tools of the trade and commission.
