**Purpose of the Position**
- Reception duties
- To be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- To assist and ensure every member is retained that wants to cancel. To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure.
- Top ensure collection targets are met and always maintained.
- To ensure deadlines are met in accordance with department SLA.
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests timeously.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Take ownership of queries and ensure timeous and accurate resolution.
- Be target driven. But conscious and able to maintain high levels of Service Delivery required in the department.
- Liaise with members daily.
- To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure.
- Customer centricity is ensured with a professional attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Accurate reporting must be ensured.
- Good administration skills
- Ad hoc duties when required.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer services environment
