ROLE
- Primary responsibilities are administrative in nature and require excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Managing diaries, scheduling treatments and booking rooms.
- Welcoming clients and front desk sales.
- Invoicing clients, packing and dispatching deliveries.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Maintaining office systems and operating procedures
- Stock take and inventory management
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Highly computer literate
- Organized, resourceful and reliable
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
- Mature and able to navigate a busy, highly pressurized work environment
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a reception/admin role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Neat and tidy appearance, and a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work **Saturdays and public holidays**
