**Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal team members and external clients. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Monitor the gate, greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling virtual meetings.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in communicating with clients as instructed in a timely fashion.
- Assist the sales team with generating formal quotations as instructed.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.

**Office Coordination**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary through the procurement department.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing department and building management for maintenance and repairs.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- 3 years' work experience as a Receptionist/Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
