**What will you do**

Key Responsibilities***
- Managing the key account activities of the Buying Groups, independent customers & Distributors within the Traditional Trade Channel
- Develop and execute a Joint Business Plans with selected Key customers
- Achievement of Key performance measures - Sales, Budgets, GP, Share, NPI Speed-To-Market, Distribution and In Market pricing.
- Using Market, Consumer and Shopper insights to build and execute Key Account specific objectives.
- Effectively allocating and managing resources to support Key Account specific strategies and tactical initiatives.
- Build and leverage relationships with Senior stakeholders including and not limited to Regional buying office Teams / Merch executives to drive sales strategy and execution across the these key accounts.
- Working closely with Smollan’s operational teams across the regions to ensure best in class in-store execution and Drive sales from DC’s to stores where relevant.
- Meaningful participation in key forums when required (Forecasting, Nielsen, Marketing/shopper insight sessions, Market research, national negotiations, etc.)

Specific requirements
- Achieve INS, NTS, GP targets and Share by Strategic Customer
- Achieve specific Customer Distribution & MSL + Objective targets
- Accurately and effectively manage and executive Manage Achieve annual trade promotions/ advertising and pricing within the specified budgets.
- Achieve Supply chain KPI’s (forecast accuracy, OTIF-D, SLOB stock customer inventory management and credit Notes)
- Achieve product innovation execution launch targets by customer (on-shelf availability, merchandising, forward share, pricing, promotions listing, ranging and speed to market)
- Ensure Selling and admin costs are within budget
- Actively develop and drive personal development plan with support of your line manager.
- Acquire knowledge of the Quality Management System that have been adopted by the AMET Cluster of Marketing Companies and the relevant Quality System Procedures that are applicable to the job through inclusion of related processes and procedures in the individual training plan and implementation of these procedure in the applicable job-related processes.
- Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance Head of sub-cluster in AMET

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Relevant business degree
- Minimum 4-6 years in a Customer-facing role within the FMCG/ Healthcare
- Ability to effectively work with and interpret large sets of Data to drive actionable insights
- Proficient in MS office suit.
- Willing to travel Domestically as required.
