**Role Purpose**

Manage the end-to-end Momentum Brand Employee Marketing function. How? By crafting and executing innovative employee marketing, engagement and communication strategies and plans - to drive brand awareness and ambassadorship - to continue a strong sense of belonging, employee pride and engagement. Here lie the focus areas of support:
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Brand Management or Communications Management (Event, PR or Behavioral Sciences are advantageous)
- Show a strong competence in digital marketing strategy, business development and corporate communication.
- At least 5 years of brand and marketing experience within the financial services, telecommunications or FMCG industry - (agency experience is advantageous)
- Deep understanding of employee engagement and marketing.
- An exemplary way with short and succinct creative writing skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **
Employee Marketing Strategy**:

- Design, implement, support and drive the Momentum employee facing marketing strategy - designed in conjunction with our employee marketing strategic partner HKLM.
- Drive strategic employee specific initiatives.
- Support and amplify mandated brand campaigns.
- **
Employee Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with internal Momentum stakeholders to drive innovation within the Momentum employee marketing and brand function (first internally, and where possible, with the support of the product houses where invited)
- Collaborate with MMH employee marketing and creative teams to drive the strategy and development of current and future marketing and or technical communication solutions internally.
- Partner and interact with Agency, Event and Production houses - to supply materials supporting an employee marketing concept.

Employee Marketing Ways of Work**:

- Drive an employee calendar as a way of work to develop and institute a rhythm and flow of Employee marketing messaging and activities.
- **
Employee Marketing Execution**:

- Become known as the go - to employee marketing expert to advise on implementation of internal marketing initiatives resulting from all Momentum Brand chapter plans.
- Engage, monitor, influence and work closely with the full marketing value chain to deliver and approve high quality internal marketing initiatives.
These initiatives include leader-led videos, employee activations and events, as well as the re-marketing of digital and PR-led ideas across the Momentum Brand employee marketing ecosystem.
- These initiatives should be orchestrated to deliver a coherent and continuous conversation with employees; grounded in our annual Brand chapter plans.
- Effectively deliver nuanced platform strategies to Momentum employee audiences, including mobile, video and LinkedIn social and Intranet pages etc.
- Work with the Digital Content Manager and the Creative Manager to conceptualise how and when to use marketing videos and campus materials to capture the employee target audience; brainstorming and working with agency resources to execute new employee marketing-led (always on) ideas.

Employee Marketing Mentorship & Coaching**:

- Manage the employee marketing specialist to develop, implement and report on high quality communication plans.
Take ownership for driving career development of the above employee marketing specialist as well as your own.

Employee Marketing Measures of Success**:

- Measure and report on performance of Employee marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against employee marketing goals derived from Project Lego.
- Contribute to the development of area specific employee campus collateral and campaign budgets to minimise expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
