Executive Personal Assistant - Pretoria

An Executive Personal Assistant position is available in Brooklyn, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.

Our client is a well established company based in Brooklyn, Pretoria. We require a diligent Executive Personal Assistant that can cope well in an extremely fast-paced environment, quick thinker with a high emotional intelligence level.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Diploma or any form of qualification
- Excellent computer skills
- Own transport
