Personal Assistant to Executives

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to Executives to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, and managing calendars.
Duties and Responsibilities- Travel Planning: Arrange flights, hotels, and rental cars for executives as needed, ensuring that all necessary documentation and paperwork are in order.
- Document Editing: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required, using knowledge of formatting, layout, and design principles.
- Calendar Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Interpersonal Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that information is disseminated accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior personal assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
