This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Johannesburg.

The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks including managing the director's diary, providing executive administrative support, and performing clerical duties.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Scheduling meetings
  2. Managing communications
  3. Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

  1. Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  2. Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
  3. Clerical Skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  8. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
