**Personal Assistant (3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract)**

**Company**:
Reputable law firm with diverse client and practice space is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their young and dynamic team. This role will be office based.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings and manage diaries
- Provide executive and administrative support to the directors in all required tasks
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Run errands as requested
- Draft correspondence
- Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management & filing
- Liaising with staff, suppliers & clients.
- Planning & organizing events
- Attend to phone calls and take messages on behalf of directors
- Creating and updating reports using information and data provided
- Maintain an inventory of all office supplies and regularly ensure they are stocked
- Managing courier and mail services
- Attending and maintaining client FICA records
- Petty cash management

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Sage
- Knowledge of MS Office, word, excel & outlook software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Must be able to understand Afrikaans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
