**Core purpose of the role**
The IT Finance Administrator is responsible to perform the daily support activities of the information technology finance function. The role is responsible for creating purchase orders for the acquisition of IT procurement and for performing related administrative tasks. The role is also be required to assist with the administrative duties related to the financial aspects of the IT Asset Management process.

**Key deliverables and outputs**
- Provide administrative support in line with the procedures for obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, checking received goods and verifying invoices.
- Liaise with the Strategic Sourcing department, the Finance department and the internal IT teams, as required, to ensure timely submission of requests and timely responses to queries.
- Track all IT finance-related documents and submissions, e.g. payment schedules, submitted purchase orders, etc.
- Obtain approval and process invoices for payment and resolve outstanding supplier payment queries.
- Perform financial administration including record keeping, the filing of invoices, capex forms and all relevant supporting documents.
- Assist with IT contract administration duties.
- Assist with monthly IT finance reporting.
- Provide support to the IT Asset Management process, specifically with the management of the software asset audit processes and record keeping and tracking of all software license keys.
- Provide general administrative support to the IT Finance team, including diary management, scheduling of meetings, minute taking, preparation and distribution of meeting packs.

**Academic qualifications**
**Essential**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Management or Administration with Financial Management elements

**Work experience**

**Essential**:

- Three to five years administration experience, preferably in IT finance or IT procurement
**Advantageous**:

- Experience in IT asset management processes

**Knowledge**

**Essential**:

- Understanding and knowledge of IT finance management processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel
