**East London**
Our client, a leading property management company seeks to appoint a Property Administrator assist the Centre Manager with various property and lease administration functions. The successful incumbent will have a minimum of 2 years property and lease administration experience with sound accounting skills.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of Grade 12.
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a property administration or lease environment.
- Strong MS Office proficiency on Word and Excel (Intermediate to Advance level).
- Strong accountancy proficiency.
- Solid communication skills.
- Methodical and organised.
- Strong problem solving skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To create and manage all Lease Contracts.
- To take responsibility for data integrity (building and tenant).
- To maintain long term tenant and property manager relationships.
- Ensure up to date and accurate billings on statements.
- Ensure than recons on disputed accounts are done timeously and accurately.
- Assist Property Manager in collating information for budgeting and forecast process.
- Maintain vacancy schedule.
- Raise purchase orders and submit timeously for payment.
- Maintain Lease Schedule on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all leases are signed and processed accordingly.
- Ensure all bank guarantees and deposits are paid by the tenants.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R21,000.00 per month
