Supervisor: Property Administration

Our client is seeking a Supervisor: Property Administration to join their team, based in East London.
Successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and planning the billing and collections operations, as well as be key in establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with customers, facility managers and property operation teams.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Matric
- Relevant diploma in Property Management field advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Property industry and utilities experience essential
- Minimum junior level management experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in customer service
- SAGE/MDA experience advantageous
Duties to include (amongst others):-
- Oversee and streamline billing processes
- Ensure month-end closing of the billing group functions
- Maintain and implement quality assurance for all processes
- Respond and mitigate billing escalations
- Upload tenant charges and reconcile to the accounting system
- Assist with ensuring invoices are delivered to customers accurately and in a timely manner
