**Summary**

To perform general administrative duties in line with the job description and ensure revenue targets are met by means of filling vacancies.

1. **Operational requirements**

**UTILITY ADMINISTRATION & PAYMENTS**
- Consult with the municipality for all related queries
- Ensure all municipal accounts are received for payment & arranging payment thereof.
- Reviewing the BCM dump monthly to identify any discrepancies.
- Review WCU billing rules for correctness prior to billing
- Ensure monthly water & electricity schedules are printed, reviewing readings prior to billing & sent to BCMM
- Ensure monthly billings are imported to WCU prior to rent roll
- Complete monthly water billing
- Ensure all new properties municipal accounts are reflecting on the BCMM dump Ensure yearly utility increase charges are implemented on WCU and tenants informed

**FACILITATION ADMINISTRATION**
- Write up & open job cards for all tenant maintenance enquiries logged.
- Maintenance invoices received, signed off and prepared for payment
- Initiate the landlord payment process
- Ensure landlord payments are in line with company deadlines and management mandates.

**COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT**
- Manage CSI activities in line with OHHAs mainstreaming plans
- Attract new and engage with current volunteers involved in the CSI programs
- Attend meetings and events to assist with the guiding of current and new CSI programmes
- Relate & promote a customer friendly environment in all developments

2. **Financial** - Ensure effective cost saving and waste elimination - Meet output requirements, while containing expenditure

4. **Quality Compliance**:

- Comply with Quality requirements as outlined by the company Procedures and Written Instructions in all tasks and activities - Ensure that the required procedures and Quality standards are adhered to - Ensure high quality standards of work are adhered to at all times - Complete all documentation timeously and accurately

5. **Safety, Health and Environmental**:

- Carry out any duty or requirement imposed on the company by the OHS Act - Ensure that the requirements of the OHS Act are complied with by every person under your supervision - Ensure that reasonably practicable steps are taken to identify, manage or eliminate any hazards or potential hazards to the safety or health of employees - Report any unsafe or unhealthy situations to the Managing DirectorDirector.

**Minimum qualifying requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Own vehicle advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in a financial and administrative role or environment.
- Experience in property management advantageous

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
