**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience required within some

facilities/environment, including supervisory experience within an

operational facilities management
- Computer Literacy (MS Office & SAP)
- A working knowledge of SAP (AM, PM and MM) (advantage)
- Physically Fit
- Working after working hours as and when required depending on

- To co-ordinate the administrative/operational activities in order to

provide and efficient and effective Facilities Management Service

within a region

Key Performance Areas
- The management of all tenant-related services
- Stakeholder relationship management and customer liaison
- To ensure compliance with the provisions of the contracts/leases,

tenders and service level agreements
- The management of and moveable assets
- Financial control and cost recoveries
- Assisting with building audits and effectiveness testing
- Supervising staff and contractors in the performance and execution

of their duties, ensuring optimal productivity and performance
- Ensuring compliance to policies, SOPs and approved processes
- Monitoring the occupation of the office space to ensure capturing

of data for internal recharges to ensure all costs are recovered from

all users
