- Scheduling monthly client meetings
- Client gifts
- Office equipment & stationery
- Answering office phone
- Arrange couriers
- General administration duties including scanning, printing, and/or filing as required by the office
- Travel itinerary - booking flights and accommodation
- Diary management
- Pre-populate client agreements, account opening documentation, and redemption forms.
- Ad hoc client requests and inquiries
- Collection of client documentation
- Assisting High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests

**Qualifications**:

- Matric Certificate with Tertiary Education as an advantage
- English as a first language
- At least 5 years of working experience in a professional environment
- Excellent computer literacy skills in MS Office and Excel
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean credit reference, and clear criminal record
- Previous experience as a personal assistant of an administrator is an advantage
