Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary and time management for stakeholders
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meeting, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring all necessary information and materials are available in advance
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Conduct research, gather information, and compile data to support decision making processes
- Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both on site and off site
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Proven 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or similar role
- Experience in Marketing or Procurement industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: From R18 000,00 per month
