**You will be involved in**:
- Managing administrative tasks with a focus on project administration
- Improving office efficiency through system planning and equipment procurement.
- Onboarding and offboarding staff
- Point of contact for internal IT issues
- Petty Cash - collection and distributing cash, record keeping
- Preparing desks for new starter and issuing company devices
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents
- Managing and training of Admin staff
- Organising company events
- Social media page management
**What we need**:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience within an Operations, Office Management, or Admin Management role
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial tasks, including invoicing and expense control
- Recruitment industry experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office suite). Superb organizational skills
- A willingness to learn
