We are building a multi-brand business, covering both finance and recruitment in the UK. We have offices in London, Surrey, and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India, and Cape Town in South Africa. Our marketing department acts as an in-house agency, working across all the brands. We are fully transitioning our marketing team to South Africa and are looking for someone hungry to help us coordinate and manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system and provide administrative support to the marketing team. We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but highly skilled and growing global team (around 50 FTE globally, 28 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who wants to make a difference in a high growth, high performing environment.

- **Skills and experience required**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field would be advantageous
- 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or CRM
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding the basic principles of marketing and sales, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) such as Vincere & Close CRM as well as marketing automation tools, to manage and track leads, and automate lead nurturing workflows.
- The ability to analyse and report on marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance to evaluate the effectiveness of inbound marketing strategies.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure that all leads are correctly entered into the system and follow-up activities are scheduled accurately.
- Collaborative and high-performance approach to teamwork and excels in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable taking fast decisions and excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business.
- Being a great team member, and being keen to learn and grow with the team.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
