CRM Administrator

The position will entail the following duties and responsibilities, and include, but not be limited to:_
- Experience with creating sales quotes/ proposals
- Providing support to the senior leadership sales, marketing and revenue team
- Working closely with sales teams to set new business appointments
- Collating data on new wins and losses for further analysis
- Developing sales skills in opportunity identification, lead nurturing, and setting appointments
- Assist active sales management team will all reporting and organizational needs to ensure they can perform their job duties to the best of their abilities
- Eliminate time-wasting activities that active sale managers are currently handling
- Perform routine data entry and other office supportive tasks
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with sales managers
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics
- Assist with content for executive presentations and board reporting
- Drive greater CRM data accuracy and process compliance
- Generate proposals and contracts for Account executives
- Liaise with management team members, Account executive Sales executives, Sales operations, Product team members and other constituents across our business to ensure accurate reporting in salesforce
- Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and working with sales leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assist with RFP’s, pricing and proposals
- General office duties as required
- Strong organizational skills
- Create and coordinate bookings and sales analysis reports, along with keeping teams up to date on weekly data.
- Work with specific account managers, maintaining and enforcing customer contracts/agreements
- Perform other administrative tasks, as required, to support sales and marketing activities
**EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE INCLUDING**:
- Reporting tools and dashboard creating
- To make sure salesforce systems and products are optimally performing
- To regulate the salesforce roles, users, profiles, workflows, groups, and sharing rules
- To timely upgrade and optimize the salesforce systems to allow optimized integration
- To safely and accurately import the sales team data inclusive of leads, contact info and other important details
- To manage and maintain the sales cloud
- To build custom reports and dashboards
- To analyse and install the new salesforce releases
- To prepare training materials and manage sessions for the users
- To document everyday processes, make changes to the field history table, and as well as the error reports
- To prepare concise and helpful reports for the sales team or department
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong phone, verbal and digital communications skills
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability to different personality types
- Skills in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales or sales support/ administration
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, detail oriented and problem-solving skill set
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability and responsiveness
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fast paced environment
