National Business Development Executive

**Job Context**:
Servest Office Services, a division of Servest Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a National Business Development Executive. We are looking for a self-motivated, hands on, highly energetic individual, who is able to connect well with customers and present a friendly, helpful face to customers. The individual needs to be enthusiastic, service orientated and willing to provide solutions to the customers’ needs and have a proven track record in dealing with customers
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 Essential relevant qualification / Degree / Diploma with Sales is an advantage
- Previous experience having worked in a New Business Development or Sales or related role
- Must be an independent worker but at the same time a team player with high level of interactions internally and externally
- Computer literacy is essential MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel ETC
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Obtaining and initiating new business projects on a national level
- Contributing to short-term and long-term planning to support strategic business goals
- Optimising and selectively implementing new products in order to maximise profit
- Developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with Customers and Distributors
- Managing and negotiating pricing
- Developing relationships with the Company's global Key Account Managers to keep abreast of trends within the markets
- Ensuring customer retention and revenue growth
- Identifying, developing and harnessing new clients and ideas, aligned to company goals
- Customer contract management from engagement to annual renewal, to exit stage (if required)
