Operations Administrator

The Roan Operations Administrator’s role is to effectively monitor the progress of contracts, investigating variances and ensuring accurate contract billing is done, and to work with the Debtors Supervisor to ensure payments are collected timeously.
- Specific duties include but not limited to;_
- Maintains and operate a complete set of contracts for billing in accordance with accounting policies,
- Prepares budgets pertaining to contracts,
- Compiles and analyze a variety of complex accounting and statistical information to prepare financial reports,
- Have the ability to mentor and coach team members,
- Creating and sending technical invoices and statements to customers.
Ultimately the Roan Active Contracts & Invoicing Administrator will ensure that the business have accurate contract billing and financial information available at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
- Loading and maintaining maintenance contracts on the BPO system.
- Maintaining the maintenance schedule on Excel.
- Creating and sending technical invoices and statements to customers.
- Producing various financial reports.
- Reconciling all relevant balance sheet ledgers to relevant source documents.
- Classifying a wide variety of receipts and expenditures and distributing items according to prescribed GL codes.
- Posts entries and proves balances on various ledgers.
- Review and check a wide variety of complex account keeping records and reports.
- Prepare budgets and maintains controls on budget accounts.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Leadership and mentoring, train and supervise staff.
- Ensure all contracts billing activities meet accounting policy standards.
- Statutory and compliance - Insurance of accurate record keeping for auditing purposes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employees and clients.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of accounting policies and a wide variety of general ledgers.
- Coordinating activities that affect financial and operational decisions and business requirements.
- Understanding of Accounting Systems.
- Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Degree in finance, accounting, auditing, or related field would be beneficial

**Salary**: R9,500.00 - R10,500.00 per month

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
