Core Description
To provide dedicated, general administrative and general purchasing and payment support to the Executive, and Senior Management Team of the ITOC. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Manage the administrative aspects of new employee onboarding, including the collection and processing of necessary paperwork. Ensure that new employees have the necessary equipment, workspace and access to perform their job function. Manage a structured employee offboarding process. Create a comfortable and productive work environment by managing office supplies, maintenance, ergonomic improvements and health and safety. Manage and co-ordinate logistics around staff travel arrangements within the business unit - booking of accommodation arranging flights. Support and facilitate request from shared services from Finance and HR. Track allocation of IT assets to ITOC employees. Process invoices and raise purchase orders. Track purchase order (PO) creation, GRV processing and Payment and Proof of Payment. Creating and maintaining procurement and payment-related spreadsheets. Checking that timesheets are completed routinely, and that time is billed against the correct clients and internal orders and getting manager sign-off.

2 Years administration experience where you were able to effectively assist Management on a daily basis. Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
