Core Description
Enable and support Marketing Operations Strategy by means of developing, implementing, facilitating, executing, and running of related marketing operations activities and tasks. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Enable Marketing Functions by supporting the development, update and review of Marketing policies, processes, procedures.
- Update CMO functions, processes & procedures, and WoW on a yearly basis
- Support the development and creation of automated and simplified processes (including but not limited to storage).
- Develop and manage the Marketing Library
- Enable and support the effective running of marketing digital transformation:
- Support the incident/case management process
- Support and update the digital platforms and tools (Teams, SharePoint, SalesForce modules)
- Support data integrity activities supporting digital platforms
- Facilitate the publishing of monthly reports for Marketing Dashboard purposes (CMO Dashboard)
- Enable and support the effective running of marketing expenditure within CMO, supply chain and admin processes:
- Raise purchase requisitions for procurement of marketing expenses office equipment, stationery, and consumables other and obtain CC owner sign-off (including correct CC and GL)
- Process service entries for marketing expenses upon receipt of invoices
- Follow up on PO's and SE's not yet processed by Supply Chain/Creditors - Regular reviews of PR to SE with the related Finance functions with feedback to CC
**o On a monthly basis**: Update Vendor Management Sheet, File copies on contracts, diarize yearly PR's for licenses and other yearly obligations.
- On a monthly basis, provide input into accrual sheets.
- Manage the Marketing storeroom including replenishment and quarterly stock takes.
- Enable and Support Governance functions within the marketing business:
- Monthly updates on policy tracker published on SharePoint
- Monthly updated procedure tracker published on Sharepoint
- Risk registers update and shared on SharePoint
- Represent CMO for BCM functions including related activities
