Our client in the Health Care industry has a vacancy available for an IT Operations Support Administrator to join their dynamic team.
**Purpose of the position**:
The IT Administrator position is to maintain and support systems and networks that enable the company’s operational efficiency. Provide technical support and assistance to end users,
including troubleshooting hardware, software and network. Ensuring the effective management, enhancement and administration of IT service delivery and infrastructure. To
facilitate the operations as per business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Tracking and documenting support using the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT employees to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with user equipment set up and provisioning access.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches and updates.
- System maintenance.
- Updating and maintaining of registers and reports.
- Website management.
- Ensure support calls are always answered.
- Manage equipment.
- Software management.
- IT and infrastructure service delivery management.
- Management of the server.
- Business continuity and disaster management.
- Management of helpdesk process and business support.
- Manage, co-ordinate and administer all IT and infrastructure related projects.
- Manage IT governance, risk and compliance.
- Maintain and monitor the security management system.
