**The Faircape Group is looking for an organized and professional **Legal Administrator**.**:
**Specific duties include, but are not limited to**:
**Duties**:
- Facilitate and track in-house life right transfers including arrangement of levies, statements, letters, payments, bank details, addendums, signature of agreements, diarising investment and deposit dates
- Facilitate and track Sectional Title transfers - liaise with conveyancers and agents;
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and liaise with clients
- Track and action renewal of liquor licenses and amendments
- Prepare spreadsheets / tracking sheets / data capture
- Research
- Editing of existing agreements in respect of minor amendments
- Managing version control for all legal documents
- Maintaining an organized legal team google drive
- Preparing letters (to be signed off by Legal Advisors)
- Attending to the Masters Office / Deeds Office / Surveyor-General / Planning Department / City of Cape Town etc
- Answering queries
- Drafting of Termination Agreements
- General administrative support to the legal team
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Paralegal qualification advantageous
**Experience**:
- 3 years proven experience as an Administrator
Skills and Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Logical, systematic and methodical
- Flexible in picking up responsibility where it needs to be picked up.
- Strong communications skills in both written and verbal
- Strong mediation skills and ability to settle disputes
- Creative and innovative problem solving skills.

- Contactable references
Applicants will be required to reside within the Southern Suburbs or surrounding areas.
We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.
Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45-minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.
With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from Rxx Cost to Company per month.
