**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for digital marketing initiatives. Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their business goals and delivering solutions that drive success.
**Strategic**: The ability to think big picture. Understand the client's business and their goals and how to translate this into measurable objectives and digital marketing deliverables in order to achieve their business objectives.
**Account Management**: Lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and development to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to align on goals and expectations.
**Data Analysis & Insights**: Have an understanding of how to analyse campaign performance data, work with the paid media & social media managers to provide clients with regular reports and actionable insights. Use data to make recommendations for optimisation and improvements.
**Budget Management**: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring all projects are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment. Provide clients with regular updates on budget allocations and expenses.
**Problem Solving**: Proactively address any challenges or concerns that arise during campaign execution, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective solutions.
**Project Coordination**: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed-upon timeframes.
**Strategic**: The ability to think big picture. Understand the client's business and their goals and how to translate this into measurable objectives and digital marketing deliverables in order to achieve their business objectives.

**Requirements**:
Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client partnerships through clear communication and trust-building.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present campaign ideas and performance reports compellingly and professionally.
Project management experience, including the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring the timely delivery of each. Experience working on Asana, Monday or tools alike.
Collaboration skills, with experience working with teams across creative, media, and development departments to ensure the smooth execution of digital projects.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ad platforms) and provide insights that drive campaign optimisation.
Budget management skills, with experience ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial parameters and can achieve a strong ROI.
Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving client challenges and keeping projects on track.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management roles.
Experience in a digital agency environment.
