Ecomplete Digital Account Manager

**Your role in eComplete**
Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing strategies in collaboration with clients and the team to achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Hold teams and channel owners to performance metrics and revenue targets.
- Responsible for client revenue growth and strategies to grow client revenue.
- Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, managing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse client data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Lead client account reviews and strategy sessions, providing insights and recommendations for optimising performance.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise client revenue and account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
- Drive customer success and satisfaction through proactive account management and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a
digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and tactics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies to grow client revenue.
- Proficiency and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify/Magento
