**Internal collaboration**: work closely with account directors, and other internal teams to deliver effective client service and support business development.
**Communication**: maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams. Handle client queries and issues promptly.
**Documentation**: manage and organise client documents, reports, and creative assets. Ensure all campaign details are accurately documented and saved in the appropriate client drive.
**Training and development**: stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Pursue continuous learning through webinars and training sessions. You will be required to maintain your social media platform accreditations. A current meta certification would be an advantage.
**Location**: based in Cape Town
**Experience**: proven experience in social media account management or a related digital marketing role.

**Required**:
**Ad buying**: bought paid media ads before (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
**Digital media skills**: strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management.
**Communication skills**: excellent communication and organisational skills.
**Teamwork**: ability to work effectively in a team and open-plan office environment.
**Client-facing skills**: comfortable and experienced in dealing directly with clients.
**Certifications**: meta blueprint certifications are advantageous
