Paid Media Campaign Manager

We are looking for a detail-orientated paid media specialist who has at least two to three years of experience in the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include, paid search, display and social advertising strategies.
An in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, display campaigns are mandatory.
The role requires the ability to translate different industries’ business goals into successful marketing campaigns and to initiate effective marketing campaigns online.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
Digital marketing planning based on brief parameters and media strategy.
Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on.
Planning, implementation and performance across all digital media types including premium display, mobile display, programmatic, advertising networks, paid search and paid social.
Manage the online planning process and provide recommendations.
Strategise, execute, optimise and analyse paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other paid social platforms.
Daily management of paid search plans.
Build a PPC strategy for a variety of client accounts.
Oversee keyword analysis; keyword list building, campaign bid management and optimisation using client preferred tracking tools and ad copy testing.
Audience building, hyper-segmented targeting and remarketing strategies.
Ability to use social marketing pixels and set up remarketing lists.
Conduct Google Analytics metrics analysis to measure user engagement and campaign performance post-click.
Perform regular account checks and make recommendations on improving campaign performance.
Set up, monitor, and optimise Google advertising campaigns from start to finish.
Analyse Facebook media buys and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure profitability.
Analyze web metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and implement optimisations.
Media planning, trafficking, campaign implementation and management.
Demonstrated ability to run and optimise multiple campaigns.
Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
Digital media experience with a keen focus on e-commerce, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
Optimising advertising campaigns for client.
Updated budgets
Keeping up to date with the newest trends and different platforms
Reporting to client on the performance
Build relationships with our platform representative e.g. our Facebook account manager, Google, etc.
Suggest and execute weekly tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
Marketing automation across multiple platforms
**Core competencies and responsibilities include**:
Implement campaigns - Create, execute and manage digital advertising campaigns. Google Ads and Facebook paid media implementation, including technical know-how, accurate campaign structure, managing spend and budgeting.
Monitor campaign performance - Track and analyse campaign performance on a day-to-day basis to ensure campaigns are performing at an optimal rate. Making adjustments to meet KPI objectives. This includes the daily monitoring of budgets, keywords, campaigns, and overall account health
Digital research - Keep up to date with the latest developments in the digital advertising arena. Ensuring that campaigns are taking advantage of any new features available, best practices and brands remain relevant.
Campaign testing - Ensure that campaigns are continuously learning and adapting by implementing tests across digital campaigns. Planning an approach, executing and sharing the knowledge with team members.
Reporting - Report on ad and campaign performance.
**Requirements**:
Experience in e-commerce campaigns
Energetic, self-starter with a keen interest in digital
High attention to detail.
Google AdWords certified - Advantageous
Google Analytics certified - Advantageous
Experience with Google Tag Manager and other Google related products and tools
Excellent communications skills
Comfortable working with data from multiple platforms
Comfortable working with reporting tools and software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Able to generate recommendations and implement based on data.
