**What we’re looking for**:
Join our studio as a Junior Project Manager and become an integral part of our team. We're seeking someone with exceptional organisational skills, clear communication abilities, and a talent for building interpersonal connections. You'll be driven by quality and output, with a genuine passion for design.
Your responsibilities will involve nurturing client relationships and effectively briefing and managing both internal and external creative teams. Working closely with the senior project manager, you'll assist in budget allocation and management, ensuring projects stay on track. This role is varied and would suit a keen learner, a strong problem solver, and a team player. Additionally, you'll handle various internal operations and administrative tasks within the business.

Communicates, manages and delegates effectively, giving relevant and constructive direction in order to achieve project objectives
Comfortable with necessary jargon and basic knowledge of design, digital systems and content oriented websites and e-commerce platforms

Roles and responsibilities
Set up and manage internal processes, from project brief to delivery
Effectively contributing to client proposals and quotes
Receiving client briefs and creating a project plan, schedule and budget/hours
Breaking up and briefing in project milestones to internal and external stakeholders through defining briefs in Asana or the relevant channels to successfully manage project scope
Assigning tasks and communicating deadlines to ensure successful project completion
Ensuring continuous communication with clients and stakeholders by being first point of contact with clients and freelancers, and manage traffic between internal and external parties
Manage and monitor internal stakeholders workload to ensure they are not being overworked, endeavouring to keep a balance between them being inspired with their work but not at the expense of the project being completed successfully
Set up and manage check-ins and updates for once-off clients, and weekly status updates for retainer clients
Evaluate and assess project success through hourly breakdown of projects and briefs
Meaningfully contributing to quarterly strategy meetings
Endeavouring to fulfil KPI’s
Manage the team’s time and optimise their workflow to drive efficiency
Proactively anticipate and rectify issues throughout the delivery
Keep the client regularly up to date, manage expectations and push back when required
Quality assurance on project deliverables and managing review and revert process between client and stakeholders
