Labour Relations Administrator

- Providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the labour relations function.
- Schedule or coordinate the details of grievance hearings or other meetings.
- Prepare evidence for disciplinary hearings.
- Assist in preparing reports or forms related to labor relations matters.
**Requirements, Experience & Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Relations or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a labour-intensive environment.
- An understanding of and insight into the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE with SD being an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it relates to HR.
- Strong English language and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail with an ability to spot spelling errors.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Must be passionate about his/her work.
- Excellent people skills with a great attitude.
- Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable, Hard Working, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
